Biography
Before joining KGHP in 2016, Dr. Mitchell served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years in a variety of assignments related to radiation safety and medical physics. During that time, he provided medical physics support for numerous accredited imaging programs, inspected industrial radiation safety programs and oversaw the safe use of radioactive materials in all naval hospitals and medical research facilities worldwide. Beyond the technical aspects of physics, he enjoys teaching and being an active member of the clinical imaging team.
