Time is closing in for the two year facility x-ray certification inspections to be performed. If your facility’s current x-ray certificate expires by July 1, 2014, the certification paperwork must submitted by May 15, 2014. Please remember to have your preventive maintenance done before you schedule the certification inspection. All preventive maintenance reports should be sent to the Maryland Department of the Environment, preferably via email, preventive.maintenance@maryland.gov. If e-mailing is not possible, the documents can be faxed to 410-537-3198. Remember to schedule your certification inspections well in advance of the May 15, 2014. Certification inspections can be scheduled through the Krueger-Gilbert main office number, 410-692-9806.
