Biography
Ms. Donna Davis-Urgo joined the team at KGHP in 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in diagnostic medical physics and industrial/medical health physics. During her time in the US Navy, she held positions as the senior diagnostic imaging physicist at a large Medical Center and also as the manager of the Navy’s master material license. She has experience in diagnostic imaging quality assurance and radiation safety evaluation of general x-ray, computed tomography, ultrasound, magnetic resonance and nuclear medicine imaging. She is certified by the American Board of Radiology in diagnostic radiologic physics. Ms. Davis-Urgo is also certified by the states of Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia, and the District of Columbia for shielding evaluation and certification of diagnostic x-ray machines.
