Biography
Malek Daneshvar has been with KGHP since 2001. He has over 20 years combined experience in regulatory, health and diagnostic medical physics in both large educational and medical facilities, and is currently Radiation Safety Officer at several of our clients. Mr. Daneshvar’s undergraduate degree is in Engineering Physics and his Master’s degree is in Physics. He is certified by both the American Board of Health Physics and the American Board of Radiology. In 1992, he began his career in health physics at the University of Cincinnati as a radiation safety technician and later as a Radiation Safety Specialist. While working there, he developed a passion for medical physics and actively participated in the medical physics program and took many of the graduate courses offered to the medical physics students, such as Radiation Dosimetry, Radiation Biology, and Physics of Nuclear Medicine.
